These Terms and Conditions apply to all barkingboardz.com, Members and Affiliates.

Acceptance of Contract

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate. You must provide us with accurate, complete and updated registration information, including an accurate name, mailing address and email address. You must maintain your email address with us at all times and not allow it to bounce or otherwise return our emails back to us.

By signing-up to be a member of barkingboardz.com, you hearby agree to the Terms and Conditions as stated within this agreement and in no way does it entitles you to any ownership of any contents contained within our program, script files, database or web site.

You are not allowed to resell, sub-let, pass-on, or otherwise offer your account to any third party, if you no longer require your account, you must log in and delete it.

You are not allowed to sell, rent, lease, give away or make available etc, any ad space assigned to you. whether purchase from us or not, unless we have made provisions with your account to do so. Should we find that you have sold, rented, lease out, give away or make available your ad space to others, we will suspend your account and send you a bill for all the ads you have had shown within our web site, we will base the price per ad at 10 cents per each display, plus a administration fee of $100. Should we have to employ a debt collecting agency to recover said payment, you will also be required to cover any and all extra expenses incured by us in the pursuit of said payment recovery. We will also inform any law enforement agency necessary to your act of theft/fraud commited against us.

You are not required to be a member of Clickbank® to be a member here, however you cannot earn any commission from any sales generated as a result of any click through actions to any Clickbank® ads which are displayed on your pages as part of your membership with us.

All services provided by barkingboardz.com may be used for the purpose of promoting lawful products and services only, we will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes this provision.

We reserve the right to limit and/or refuse membership to you for any or no reason.

Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any International, State, City or local law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, or material we judge to be threatening or obscene, unlicensed software or files, or material protected by trade secret and other statue. You also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless barkingboardz.com from any claims resulting from your use of our services which may damage our web site, domain, members of our staff, our members or any other party.

Barkingboardz.com does not permit the placement of any form of material on its web site that contains, promotes or links to any site whether directly or indirectly that contains any material that:

1. Is of an Adult Only Nature,
2. Is considered Pornography, whether considered legal or not in your country,
3. Is a Sex-related site,
4. Promotes or sells of any forms of Tobacco products,
5. Promotes or sells of any forms of Pharmaceutical products, whether you are licence to sell that product or not,
6. Promotes or allows any form of malware or other form of illigal downloadable material.
7. Promotes any form of Hatred, Religious or Pyramid Schemes or programs
8. Is not suitable for viewing by persons under the age of 18 years old.

Barkingboardz.com will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

In consideration for you becoming a member of Go 2 CBmall, we will provide you with the means to promote pages from our web site.

Commission from sales is generated when someone clicks on a Clickbank® promotional link contained within your pages, and results in a purchase of said goods or services. Only promotional ads shown from our Clickbank® database that are shown within the area desinated said ads will contain your Clickbank® ID. To help us cover our cost in allowing you free access to our services, we will replace every 4th click through of any of the said Clickbank® ads with our own Clickbank ID instead of yours. Should you wish to upgrade your account for the extra benefits upgrading your account has to offer, then as part of your upgraded membership this click through rate exchange will be lowered accordingly, as a SILVER member your click through rate exchange is reduced to every 8th click through, as a GOLD member your click through rate exchange is reduced to every 12th click through and as a PLATINUM member click through rate exchange is reduced to every 0th click through.

Also as part of your account, we will place within your account the means for you to promote your own product and/or services, these 'member' ads will only be shown on your pages when you promote Go 2 CBmall using the special URL that we give you for this purpose.

Your membership level denotes how many 'member' ads you will receive and how many are placed within our pages at any one time.

Subject to your membership level you 'member' ad may also be shown on your downlines pages. Your pages may also contain promotional material from your sponsor, your upline, and/or from that of our other members, including but not limited to additional paid for advertising. Please note that our PLATINUM members pages are excempt from having any additonal advertising placed on their pages, be they in your upline or not.

We reserve the right to edit, delete or refuse any advertising material place within our web site for any or no reason.

Note that any and all commissions earned as a result from sales generated from click through actions to any Clickbank® ads displayed on your pages are paid directly to you by Clickbank®, NOT us. Any other actions resulting from other advertising placed by you or our others members etc. on your pages, are the subject of those companies policies not ours.

Mebership Fees

All membership fees must be pre-paid, we except only subscription payment made by reconised payment processors which we list on our payment pages. All payments due must be paid to us on time, there is no grace period allowed here.

It is your responsiblity to make sure your funding acccount has sufficent funds to cover your fees to us, as and when due. If your account processor fails to make your payement on time due to lack of funds etc., they will automatiacally cancel your subscription with us, from that we will instantly revert your account back to our basic membership level, which will include the loss of any added advertising associated with your account prior to subscriptions cancellation and any referral base you may have aquired..

ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS FEE'S WILL BE CONTINUED TO BE PAID TO US UNTIL CANCELLED BY YOU.

You may cancel your subscription to us at any time, your account will then immediately be return to our basic membership level, which will include the loss of any added advertising associated with returning your account back to our basic level and the lost of any referral base you may have aquired from being an upgraded memeber. Cancelling your subscription does not cancel your account with us, you must log in to your account and use the 'Delete Account' facility within for that purpose.

If you close your account and fail to cancel your subscription payments, we will treat any and all subsequent payments as a donations to us and these will not be subject to any refund.

Refund Policy

All payments made to us in exchange for placing advertising within our site are final. No refunds will be given for these.

Membership fees: No refunds will be given for any early cancellation of any membership accounts where the payment schedule is Monthly or less.

Accounts on a Quarterly, Bi-annually or Yearly payment schedule may request a pro rated refund, taking only full unused months into account, when calculating refund due, and using our full single monthly price for spent months (without any discount). We reserve the right to subtract a transaction fee from any refund, this transaction fee will limited to 5% of the refund or $5.00 which ever the greater. Transaction fee's may be waved at our discression.

Request for any refund, must be made at the time of cancellation or no later than 24 hours after cancellation, if you think you are entitled to a refund, please email us, enclosing your payment receipt number and it's date.

Refund request made 24 hours after cancellation will not be considered.

Refund will only be paid out in the method they where paid to us. Any amounts due is at our discretion and our decision is final, please allow up to 30 business days for any payment to be made to you.

Please note that if you are cancelling your subscription to upgrade your account to a new level, or to change the subscriptions period for a longer one, then you may request a partial refund of your remaining fees, regardless of previous payment terms, in this case we will take in to consideration your continued membership in calculating your refund.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OF ANY FEES OR PURCHASES, IF YOU ARE REMOVED FOR BREACH OF TERMS, SPAMMING, THEFT OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, SLANDER, OR POSTING INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT IN CONTRARY TO THIS AGREEMENT.

Please note that we will pursure by any and all lawful means to recover any fees or payments, including any and all costs incured by us in any said payments made for our services, which are/where later part of a callback, chargeback, card recovery system or by any other means to obtain a refund etc., where you joined as a member of our site and later as part of your cancellation and/or deletion from this site tried to recover any said fees and/or payments you made to us. We will consider your actions to the joining of Go 2 CBmall as a means to commit fraud on your part and will also take the necessary steps to inform any law inforcement agency deemed necessary in persuit of further action.

Memberhip Rules

As a member of a barkingboardz.com, you agree to respect our staff and its members. The rules:

1. Never try and harvest any of our or our members details.
2. Do not harass any of our staff, neither through email, phone, or personally.
3. By registering, you also agree to supply us with a valid contact email address. This email address must not be any form of auto-responder or have any spam or filtering blocking facilities that requires a response from us to allow our emails through. It is up to you to make sure you can receive all emails from us. See also our email policy page. Please keep your email address in working order and up-to-date, we may terminate your membership without warning, if we can not contact you.
4. You will not use any form of spam methods to advertise this network, our domain name or our email addresses.

If you are found in breach of any of the above, your account will be immediately suspended without WARNING or REFUND.

Inactive Accounts

If your account is deem to be inactive for a period of 180 days or more it may be deleted from our program at any time with or without warning, including any and all promotional advertising and any commission you may have outstanding associated with your account..

Account Cancellations

You may be cancelled your account at any time, simply by logging in to your member area and using the delete account facilities within. We DO NOT except any other form of cancellations for security reasons. You may however request cancellation via our internal member only support system, should our 'Delete Account' facilities not be available at the time. Requests for account cancellations made via our support system method may take up to 48 to process, our Terms and Conditions will apply until we have completed your request.

You do not have to give us any reason to cancel, but it may help us to improve our program if you do. Please remember to also login in to your payment processor (ie: PayPal) and cancel any subscriptions associated with your account. WE CANNOT DO THIS FOR YOU.

Upon account cancellation, you will immediate loose access to your account, your details along with any/all promotional material added by you as well as any unpaid commission you may have outstanding with us will also be removed. We will honour any paid for advertising that you have with us (subject to our conditions), our account deletion page contains full details for this.

Please note that cancelling any payment subscription you have with us, does NOT cancel your account, it merely returns your account back to our basic member level status, including the removal of any extra 'member' ads added to your account when you upgraded, will we also reassign all those you referred to us as part of your upgraded member level to a new sponsor.

You agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless barkingboardz.com against liabilities arising out of;
